Thank you for your request for information that was received on 22 July
2016in which you requested:

On 21st June 2011, the Council's Cabinet approved a report entitled
"Improved terms for the sale of sites A and B at Canada Water."

The report refers to the contract for sale of the Council's land for the
redevelopment of sites A and B at Canada Water.

Please provide me with the following information:

1. How much did the Council receive for the sale of its land at sites A
and B?

2. The development agreement included an overage clause. How much overage
did the Council receive in total from this deal with the developer.

3. The development agreement also required the developer to make a
financial contribution towards the construction of the new library at
Canada Water. How much was this contribution and how much did the library
cost to build in total?
