ear Mitigation, EPS (NE),

Thank you for your correspondence dated 9th Feb 2016 I note you provided me details on CD of EPSM2012-4719/2015-13924-EPS-MIT (Great Crested Newt) and 2015-8590-MIT-1(BAT).

The first licenses EPSM2012-4719/2015-13924-EPS-MIT seems to cover the Hastings Link road only and I believe there must be a separate license for Crested Newts on the BHLR which has been issued. I would be grateful you provide the associated documents including Annex Documents Site Maps and translocation maps and Grid Reference locations.

The second license is in regard to the BLHR. However no translocation material was sent to me in regard to the translocation site Grid Reference and maps in regard to donor site monitoring visit diaries.

I would be grateful you supply this along with full documents for 2015-8387-EPS-MIT including translocation sites Grid References / Maps for the donor site.
