can I take a job centre employee to courtm

We're waiting for F to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Can I take a job centre employee to court for lying about me, making fun of my illness, lying about getting me sactioned and she is now harassing me. I am considering taking her to civil court because of the harassment I have been receiving from her. Which is affecting my health.

Yours faithfully,

Aisha Bibi
