Dear HM FOI,
Thank you for the SOR codes list. As an amendment to the request, could I also request an additionla column of data which specifies the response code for each item, which I belive is called the "PI" code. As I understand it, this code specifies the length of time it should take for each item to be responded to. Could I also recieve a list of each response code and what they mean i.e PI-1 (Immeadiate response) PI-2 (Respond withinin ten days).
Please excuse me if I have got the name of the PI code wrong, please replace with the correct naming system.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Lambeth Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Can I receive the full list of SOR (schedule of rates) codes'.
I do not believe that this information is not available. When a Lambeth representative creates a new repairs record, they are immediately informed by the software how fast that specific repair should be undertaken. This information is then communicated to the homeowner or tenant.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Dear Mr Keene
Thank you for your enquiry on 10 June requesting an internal review of
Lambeth Borough Council's handling of your FOI request, as you requested
further information and have not received a response.
You previously requested an internal review which you received a response
to on 29 April.
Your annotation on 4 May asking for further clarification has been brought
to our attention for the first time, as the WhatDoTheyKnow website does
not process annotations as Freedom of Information Request correspondence,
and classes them as individual notes which WhatDoTheyKnow does not forward
to the Local Authority.
We are now looking into clarifying the information for you as soon as
possible.
