Can i have details of the law surroounding the sale of aborted baby body parts

Waiting for an internal review by Prime Minister's Office of their handling of this request.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,
It appears that the companies, with Government knowledge,
are allowing the sale of fetal tissue,
Can you clarify what you know about this. And as it occurs which laws allow this to happen,
or are you claiming that this does not occur
1: What laws allow the sale of fetal tissue?
2: What do you know of this issue?
3: How many transactions occur in one year?
4: Which companies are in receipt of the fetal tissue?
5: what monetary sum is this trade worth?
6: Which Minister is responsible for this happening?
7: Is it going to continue or are you going to stop it?
8: It has been discovered from a US operation, that the UK is part and Parcel of this trade
so please answer my Questions as it is a matter of extreme public interest,

Yours faithfully,

Peter:Brewster

Can you respond, and let me know what is happening to the body parts from aborted babies.
1. Let me know which law covers this obscenity.
2. What procedure is used to determine the suitability of recipient.
3. How much is this trade worth? and who are the companies that benefit form this?

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Prime Minister's Office's handling of my FOI request 'Can i have details of the law surrounding the sale of aborted baby body parts'.

Are you being deliberately obtuse?

You state this:
"...For a request to handled under the Freedom of Information Act it must be
for recorded information and not a request for explanation or for
clarification. Your email sent on 02 March 2021 therefore was treated as
correspondence and responded to by our Public Correspondence team on 29
March 2021..."

Well What are these questions?
yes they are a request for "information"
1: What laws allow the sale of fetal tissue?
3: How many transactions occur in one year?
4: Which companies are in receipt of the fetal tissue?
5: what monetary sum is this trade worth?
6: Which Minister is responsible for this happening?

So the remaining questions can be ignored, but these questions (above) fall under the FOI Act
and as such need to be answered, It appears that you are trying to ignore this as an FOI, and so get out of answering.
I demand an answer to these questions without delay.
This is a matter of Extreme public interest, and i consider it URGENT!!!
Please respond ASAP.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Peter:Brewster
