Can i have breakdown on litter enforcement.cigarette ends/litter/dog fouling from July 2015 compared with previous 12 months

Can you supply me with following information
1 A breakdown of how many fixed penalties have been issued for dog fouling since July 2015 compared to previous 12 months.
2 A breakdown on how many fixed penalties have been issued for proper litter tin cans, cartons, bottles chip papers ect since July 2015 compared to previous 12 months
3 A breakdown on how many fixed penalties have been issued for cigarette ends since July 2015 compared to previous 12 month
4 The company you now employ for litter enforcement are they paid by results

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request, please see the
Council’s response below.

 

1.            A breakdown of how many fixed penalties have been issued for
dog fouling since July 2015 compared to previous 12 months.

A.            97 dog fouling related FPNs issued since beginning of
contract in July 2015 (dog fouling was not part of contract until May
2016).

 

2.            A breakdown on how many fixed penalties have been issued for
proper litter tin cans, cartons, bottles chip papers etc. since July 2015
compared to previous 12 months.

A.            381 FPNs for food-related litter, 21 for paper-based litter,
421 for other forms of litter, 15251 for cigarettes, 2 for plastic bag
related litter.

 

3.            A breakdown on how many fixed penalties have been issued for
cigarette ends since July 2015 compared to previous 12 months

A.            15251 penalties issued for cigarettes since July 2015.

 

4.            The company you now employ for litter enforcement, are they
paid by results?

A.            Kingdom Security Limited are the company contracted by
Wirral Council to provide the environmental enforcement function for the
issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices for litter and dog fouling offences. The
company are paid subject to compliance and achievement of the Terms and
Conditions and Specifications contained within the “Contract for the
Provision of Litter Enforcement” between Wirral Council and Kingdom
Security Limited.
