Can a claimant ask for another claimants details in order to interview them for evidence against DWP

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

The behaviour of one job centre staff towards me was questionable to say the least.
While waiting to see this job centre member of staff, I overheard another claimant who was just leaving from their work review with the jobcentre staff member in question remark "she is lying to me ". I have the time and date of my appointment , so I know exactly the other claimant was the one immediately before me, but I do not have their name.

In regard to gaining information for a possible court case can i request that the job centre reveal the other person's name and contact details , so that I can ask why they remarked "she is lying to me " .

Yours faithfully,

andrew brookes
