Dear FOI Officer,
There seems to have been some confusion here. The correspondence you have provided is missing many emails, including (but not limited to) the one from Paul Lawrence, dated 8th July 2011 09:30. A redacted version of it can be found at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/80...
Could you please provide this and the other correspondence, non-redacted ?
Yours sincerely,
Neil Corrie

Dear Mr Corrie,
I am writing in response to your request for a review of FOI 5850.
Whilst conducting this review I have assessed the information provided to you previously and further information brought to my attention in your subsequent correspondence (below).
I understand that a number of emails were sent to you in response to FOI 5850 and that subsequent searches have lead you to believe that further information may be held by the Council.
I have conducted extensive searches internally in an attempt to locate any correspondence relevant to your request, other than those provided to you in my colleagues previous response, and can confirm that no further relevant correspondence are held by the Council.
Therefore, I am satisfied that your original response received in relation to FOI 5850 is a complete and accurate record of the relevant information the Council holds on this matter.
I note that in response to a similar request in 2011 different emails were provided (including one from myself dated 8th July 2011). This information was held at the time of the request.
Unfortunately, the Council no longer holds a copy of this email due to the length of time which has passed since it was prepared.
Therefore, this information is not ‘held’ by definition of the Freedom of Information Act and an unredacted copy cannot be provide.
However, in an attempt to assist you in locating the information you require I would be happy for you to call me on the below number and discuss the content of the email with me.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of any internal review, you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner. To do so, contact:

Dear Mr Corrie,
I write to the below FOI Review response.
Following the below review response, further information has been obtained
by the Council relevant to your request.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, Authorities are only obliged to
provide information they ‘hold’. There is no requirement for Authorities
to locate information from third parties to provide in response to a
request for information.
However, in the case, the Council has taken the exceptional steps of
contacting the receiver of the email and obtaining a copy. Therefore, as
of 18^th September 2012, the information is now held by the council.
Please find attached additional information to be provided with regard to
your recent Freedom of Information request.
This is the full email from Paul Lawrence to Christina Cassidy dated 8
July 2011 and the paper which it was referring to.
The paper was prepared by Walsingham Planning in July 2011 to assist the
meeting that took place between Mark Krassowski, Martin Perryman (College
project manager) Steve Burns and Paul Lawrence on 4th July 2011.
This information was located after the response dated 13^th September 2012
and was obtained as a result of contacting the provider of the
correspondence to enquire if they would be able to resend a copy of the
original documentation it to the Council as we were unable to trace a copy
in house.
I trust that you are now satisfied with this response.
However, if you are unhappy with the outcome of any internal review, you
are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner. To do so,
