CAMHS tier 3 waiting list statistics for Calderdale

Dear South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,

I want to know three things .
1)The current number of people on the CAMHS tier 3 waiting list (for Calderdale)
2) The average wait time to see a consultant on CAMHS tier 3, based on those joining the list in the last 4 years (for Calderdale)
3 The longest length of time someone has waited/is currently waiting to see a consultant on Camhs tier 3 in Calderdale.
