Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for your request for information received on 29 December 2017.

I can confirm we as a Local Authority have two cameras on Kilburn Lane,
number 124 and 125, and they are both recording 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week and have had no breaks in recordings.

There is a camera at Harrow Road junction with Kilburn Lane which is a
Transport For London (TFL) camera. We only record imagery from that
camera if viewing for an incident as this is not a Local Authority camera.
TFL cameras do not normally record imagery as they are traffic monitoring
cameras.

Police may have been referring to other cameras that are not Local
Authority owned or monitored.

Yours faithfully
