Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm that we consider this to be a request for Personal data. We have therefore considered the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and we are not satisfied that we have a fair and lawful basis to release the data you have requested. We therefore consider this information exempt from disclosure in accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and we intend to rely on that section in withholding it.
