Thank you for your request for information.
The properties referred are in the ownership of Wansbeck Homes.
At present we have 11 empty properties in East Sleekburn for which there
is no demand. We have no plans other than to continue to try and let these
properties if suitable applicants expressed interest in them, we have
advertised a number of the vacant homes via Homefinder but to no avail.
Because of this we have held off carrying out any repairs to the homes.
We are aware that the Council is looking at a wider strategic plan for the
area but until the outcome is known our position remains as above.
Kind regards
Nicola Wardle

Dear Harrison, John,
I received the information requested but it would seem to be incorrect. I informed my sister and her friend that the houses were still able to be rented. My sister and her friend went to the council so he could apply to rent one . the representative at the council told them the houses are not for rent . I would like to put a complaint in about this misinformation
Yours sincerely,
Thomas Thompson
