Dear FOI requests,

thank you for your email.

unfortunately it does not fully answer my original request.

the callsign document doesn't state the vehicle type and whether the vehicle is crewed by wholetime/day crewed/oncall personnel.

are you able to provide this please?

Yours sincerely,

jason smith

Dear FOI requests,

FOI requests, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service

Dear Jason Smith,

Thank you for your email of 6 August asking for a review of how your request for information has been handled.

I'm sorry for the delay in our reply to your information request of 17 June 2021.

And I'm also sorry that we missed letting you know about possible delays to our Freedom of Information replies because of the pandemic.

We apologise for the delay in our response, and any inconvenience this may have caused you. The Information Commissioner recognises that during the Covid pandemic there may be times when our staff have to prioritise other work to keep services running: https://ico.org.uk/media/2617613/ico-reg...

A review of how your request was handled will be made by a Senior Manager. I am assuming from your email that the reason for this is our late reply.

We aim to reply to FOI internal reviews within 20 working days.

We'll try to reply within this time, by Monday 6 September 2021. However, because of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, it's possible we'll take longer than usual to reply to complaints about supply of information under Freedom of Information or Environment Information Regulations.

The Information Commissioner recognises that longer time may be needed when NFRS staff have to prioritise other work to keep services running during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you’re still unhappy after we have responded to your complaint, you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner. There is no charge for making an appeal to the Information Commissioner.

Dear Jason Smith,

I'm very sorry we forgot to attach the fleet list in our reply to you on 1 July 2021.

And I'm sorry for the delay between your email of 5 July and today for me to send you the call signs.

As we said in our email of 1 July, NFRS don’t hold call sign information with our fleet list. So this list of fleet information is a separate list to the call sign list we sent you on 1 July 2021.

The Head of Corporate Support will send you their response to your complaint separately. Hopefully by the end of this week, Friday 10 September.
