Call-outs to sports-related injuries

Jessica made this Freedom of Information request to West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Dear West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

I would be very grateful if you could provide me with:

The number of sports-related injuries that crews in Herefordshire have been called to attend over 2012-13 to date.

Could this information be broken down by year to date and the type of injury, location, and time between call and the arrival of first responder, fast response paramedic and/or ambulance?

Yours faithfully,

Jessica Phillips

Good afternoon

Please see the attached with regards to your recent request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

We have also attached a quick survey and we were wondering if we could spare a few moments of your time to complete and return to either myself or my manager [email address] to help improve the service we currently provide.

Kind Regards

Lynsey Bull
