Our existing order from the Framework expires 31 March 2025. There is a
further 2 years available for NYC to order from the framework following
this. We are in the process of commencing the procurement process to
ascertain what the best course of action will be in terms of a further
award from the existing framework.
In respect of the a new framework from 1 April 2027 – we will start work
on this in late 2024, assessing our options for the most appropriate
procurement route
8. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

contract management responsibility. The Senior officer is Allan

Applied Exemption:
I can confirm that the council holds this information, however it is
exempt from disclosure by virtue of Section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. This is because the information is already
reasonably accessible to you, as it is already in the public domain.
