Information Act 2000 regarding:-

ECT Machine Service

Following an investigation and search of our records I can confirm the
following Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT)
information:-

Could I please request for the last five years the calibration/service
maintenance records for the ECT machine(s) at:

- Maidstone ECT Service, Priority House

- Lydden, Thanet Mental Health Unit

                Please find attached.
