In the Royal Assent impact assessment for LASPO - Annex D: Community Legal Advice Telephone Helpline, para. 39 you estimated that savings of £2 million per year could be made. Please could you provide a full breakdown of exactly how that figure was reached, including all source data, calculations, assumptions and justifications.
