Dear Mr Tsigarides,

We are writing in relation to your request, dated 5^th December 2022, in
which you asked Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) for
certain information (“Requested Information”). We have interpreted your
request under and in terms of the Environmental Information Regulations
2004.

The Requested Information comprised of Comprehensive Annual Financial
Reports, or CAFR, for years 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Financial reports are not created at individual subsidiary level within
SSE. The comprehensive financial reports are published at SSE Group level.
SSE Group create and publish an Annual Report each year which each contain
a financial review and multiple financial statements. The Annual Reports
for 2019, 2020 and 2021 are attached to this email. Alternatively, you can
access these reports on our website ([1]here) and on Companies House under
the Filing History section of “SSE” ([2]here).

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request, you may ask
for an internal review. Please contact
[3][email address] setting out the details of why you
are unhappy, and we will arrange an internal review of your case. You must
contact us no later than 40 working days from the date of this letter.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review in relation
to the information provided by SSEN, you have the right to apply directly
