Cafcass: Lone working with disabled SU’s in their home
Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
Please supply me with the following information under FOIA
1. Please supply the guidelines, policies and procedures FCA’s are expected to follow lone working in the service users home
2. Please provide a copy of the Cafcass risk assessment in relation to vulnerable/disabled SU’s that FCA’s undertake prior to a home visit where :
a. Risk to service user is undertaken prior to visit
b. Risk to worker/FCA
c. Risk assessment undertaken prior to working with vulnerable adults/adults where the FCA knows the SU has or has had or is at risk of mental ill health
3. Please supply any heath and safety guidance/policies and procedures Cafcass make available to FCA’s working in SU’s homes
