Dear Ministry of Defence,

Could you please provide a copy of the latest version of the Cadet CIS (Communications and Information Systems) training manual(s) with annexes and supplements, I believe previous versions of two possible documents are AC-72143 and AC-70816, furthermore if there is a document that details the assessment and pass criteria for the Cadet Radio User qualification that would be greatly appreciated.
