Dear Cabinet Office,

i) Please can you reveal if the Cabinet Office schedule for Triennial Reviews as of April 2011 included the Post Office or its parent company under BIS/BEIS?

ii) If the Post Office or its parent company was subject to Triennial Review, when was it scheduled by the Cabinet Office to take place and when was the review/reviews actually conducted?

iii) Did findings of a Triennial Review/Reviews into the Post Office or parent company include scrutiny of governance arrangements, transparency of board activity and company controls/processes? Please can you publish findings and recommendations?

iv) Was an exemption agreed between the Cabinet Office and the Post Office’s Sponsor department regarding a Triennial Review and if so on what grounds?
