Dear Cabinet Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Cabinet Office's Precedent Book 1992 released after a three-year battle'.
Further to your reply
The information is not REASONABLE accessible to me.
WHERE IS IT??????????????
I wouldnt be asking if it was available to the public.
Publish it here that was the request.
I did not ask you to transfer it to The National Archives "shortly"
I requested you comply with the FoI act and supply the information in 20 days not Shortly.
What is shortly?
I note from previous requests dating back years you have said itll be in the National Achives shortly. 3 years on and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!
That excuse has worn thin im afraid. I want the information not shortly
That response will no longer be acceptable under the FoI Act - 20 days you are allowed
As you have already been ordered to release the information by the ICO and that was last year , there is no issue of time scale fior you. Have you done what the ICO ordered or done nothing?
Comply with the FoI and release the information in the 20 day time-frame.
This request was 15th December you have failed to comply with the FoI and respond in the timeframe allowed by law.

Dear Cabinet Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Cabinet Office's Precedent Book 1992 released after a three-year battle'.
This is a request for an internal review
The information was never given on 5th February
I asked for the entire Cabinet Office's Precedent Book 1992, You alluded to the first 3 chapters
You also alluded to it being imaginery available... a google search provides no link to it! which I conclude the information NOT readily available
https://www.google.com/search?q=Cabinet+...
A internal review is required so the complaints process is exhausted, the it can be repassed onto the First Tier tribunal to find out why you never complied with the court order to release the information and still refuse to do so.
