Cabinet Meeting 5th Oct 2005 - A BETTER PLACE FOR LIVING WELL

The request was successful.

Georgia Reynolds

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

Please provide the answers in relation to a Cabinet Meeting held on 5th October 2005. Mulberry Place for the following items

16.1 Disposal of Christchurch, Cubitt Town, West Ferry and St Georges
Estates to Eastendhomes (CAB 084/056)

May I know why the cabinet minutes dated 5/10/2005 are marked "Private & Confidential" and why they are marked "not to be revealed", why they are so heavily redacted.

Why were decisions taken at that meeting withheld from Council Tax Payers and the community and why they had no participation .

There is nothing to indicate any "commercial confidentiality" if however these was then this should be revealed.

I request a copy of the said minutes without Redaction.

Yours faithfully,

Georgia Reynolds
