Dear Home Office,

My parent got a C-visit visa last year Nov 2016 which was issued in Delhi. It is valid for 2 years, but on visa it says maximum stay in uk is 180 days with multiple entries within two years. So I am not sure , if their maximum stay in uk is for 180 days for one entry, or 180 days for one calendar year. Can you please confirm how long they can stay in 1 year, there is no other details on the visa.
As they came In UK on Dec 2016 and going back in mid March 2017 , and again they will come around first week of June 2017 and stay 3-4 months again and then back to India. so they will visit like that in this whole 2 year period come to UK for 3-4 months here and then India 2-3 months.

Many thanks. Looking forwards to your reply.

Yours faithfully,
M Singh
