FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) 2000 
 
I refer to your request  for information  that the Department received on 01 
September  2022.  The department  has  now completed its search for the 
information requested.    
 
Question  1 - As this question  is not seeking  recorded information  we do not 
consider  it a valid question  as defined in the FOIA s8 (request  for Information).   We 
note however that the information  requested  has also  been requested  as part of 
your subsequent  Subject Access Request  (SAR) received on 4 September  2022, 
and this  will be considered  as part of that request  (SAR 2022/006). 
 
Question  2 - We consider the answer  to this question  to be personal  information 
and is therefore exempt under s40(2)  of the FOIA. 
 
Questions  3 & 4 - Information not held.   
 
Question  5 – The Deputy Secretary salary scale  can be found via the following link:  
NICS SCS Pay Scales and is therefore  exempt in regards  to the FOIA s 21 (1) 
(information accessible  to applicant  by other  means).   
 
Questions  6 & 7 - Details  of Resource and Corporate  Management  Group and its 
remit can be found on page  10 of the Departments  Annual  Resource  Accounts via 
the following  link: DoH 2021/22  Annual  Resource Accounts and is therefore 
exempt in regards  to the FOIA s 21(1) (Information accessible  to applicant  by other 
means).
