Environmental Information Regulations Request ENQ-176665-B4P1X0 – Time Extension

I refer to your request for information received 26 February 2018 and clarified 06 March 2018.

Your request is being processed under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as the information that you are requesting falls under the definition of environmental information.

I am writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, initially due 05 April 2018, needs to be extended. The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend the 20- working-day time limit for issuing a response, such as where a case is complex or voluminous. In this case, I regret that we must extend the time limit for responding by 20 days.

The additional 20 working days takes us to 03 May 2018.

I refer to your request for information dated 25 February 2018 and
clarified on 06 March 2018. We applied a 20 working day time extension to
the request on 09 April 2018 as is permissible under the Regulations.

 

The search for the information has been completed and I am pleased to
supply you with the following information:

 

You asked for: Please provide copies of all information held, in
connection with the surfaces of Attlebridge Restricted Byways 1 and 3
where they run across arable farmland.  Information to include file notes

On 01 March 2018 I asked: Please can I ask that you confirm the dates that
you would like us to search, e.g. communications sent and received over
the last 6 months.

 

On 06 March 2018 you confirmed: I am looking for any information in your
authority's records, including its public rights-of-way files, from
1.1.2007 until the date of this information request.

Please note that some information has been redacted for the following
reason:

 

1.      Information that is personal to third parties has been redacted in
line with Regulation 12(3) and 13(1) of the Regulations.  It is the view
of Norfolk County Council that communication exchanges with these third
parties relate to another person, and that it would be unfair to disclose
this information as these individuals have a reasonable expectation that
such information held by the Norfolk County Council would remain
confidential.

2.      Information that is personal to you has been redacted under
Regulation 5(3) which states that if the information is personal data
relating to the requester the information can be refused under the
Regulations. If you wish to receive an unredacted copy of these
