Please see below the Council’s response to your request for information.

You have asked;

Can you please advise if you have any byelaws relating to the use off UAVs
from your land, and if so can you please elder provide a copy or the link

published by the Civil Aviation Authority in December 2020.

No one of our bylaws prohibit Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.  The Greenham Act
does not prohibit these UAV’s either.

As a landowner and land manager we would expect the owner to abide by the
CAA regulations and guidance found here:

We have no current policy on the practice as most users are considerate to
other users and wildlife interests. 

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled or the
outcome of your request, you may ask for an internal review. You should
