Dear Worthing Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Worthing Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Byelaws in force in the borough'.

I do not appear to have received a response to my request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Sir/Madam

Re: Your Request for Information from Worthing Borough Council

I refer to your e-mail of August 2010 asking for "copies of all bye-laws
for which WBC is the responsible authority (or its predecessors) plus
details of any other bye-laws in force in the borough which WBC has on
record." Unfortunately I do not have a date for your original enquiry
but in any event it is overdue as you sent a reminder on 27 October 2010
and I apologise for that.

I attach the following information (electronic copies of all WBC
byelaws). Please note that all byelaws relating to dogs will be changed
at some point in the next year when they are replaced by Dog Control
Orders.

If you are unhappy with the way that this request has been resolved,
then you may ask for an internal review of this decision by writing to
The Executive Head of Legal & Democratic Services (Jeremy Cook) at The
Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.

You may also make a complaint under Section 50 of the Freedom of
Information Act to the Information Commissioner, who can be contacted at
Whycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. However please
note that he would normally expect that any internal review procedures
have been exhausted prior to contacting him.

This response is personal to you and no consent to publish it, for
instance on a website, is given. Any application for consent to re-use
information will be considered under the Re-Use of Public Sector
Information Regulations 2005, but if consent is given a charge may be
made to you.

Yours faithfully
