Dear Bromley Borough Council,
It is impossible to see your reply. Your Privacy Portal does not work for my response. When I use it says "Access Code will be sent... A one-time access code will be sent to [correct email address] if there is an account associated with that email address. This code will be valid for 15 minutes.

But no code is ever received in the allotted time. Your FOI response will be coincided and raised as a complaint unless you make other provisions for response to reasonably shared. Most FOIs on this platform are fulfilled by adding the attachments directly to this platform. Your chosen approach to use a third part service is not working and is delaying resolution of this FOI.

Yours faithfully,

Francis Bernstein
