With regards to the busway crash of 21st June 2017, could you please provide the following information:

1. A copy of the report on the crash

2. A list of the safety improvements made after the crash and the date each was made/installed

3. Did the council estimate the number of cyclists and pedestrians that would have been injured or killed if the timing had been less fortunate? If so, please provide the details

With regards to the busway crash of 21st June 2017, could you please
provide the following information:

1. A copy of the report on the crash

 

Please find attached in Appendix 1.

 

2. A list of the safety improvements made after the crash and the date
each was made/installed

 

The installation of a Speed Indicator Device took place April 2018.

 

3. Did the council estimate the number of cyclists and pedestrians that
would have been injured or killed if the timing had been less fortunate? 
If so, please provide the details

 

It wouldn’t be appropriate for us to speculate on this answer.
