Please will you kindly provide a list of all non-rural addresses in your area up to a rateable value £11,000 for properties who are eligible for but not currently in receipt of Small Business Rates Relief. Please will you include the rateable values of these properties and where possible the name of the liable party currently at each address?

Please provide this information in an excel format if possible.
