Council, I will respond under the provisions of the Freedom of Information

You asked the following:

Could you please provide me with your local authority’s complete and most
recently updated list of all business (non-residential) property rates
data, including the following fields:-

Billing Authority Property Reference Code (linking the property to the
public VOA database reference)-

Firm's Trading Name (i.e. property occupant or ratepayer)- Full Property
Address (Number, Street, Postal Code, Town)-

Occupation / Vacancy status- Date of Occupation / Vacancy- Actual annual
rates charged (in Pounds) and categories of reliefs/exemptions grantedIf
you cannot provide an absolute “Occupation / Vacancy” status, please
provide the Exemptions and Reliefs that a particular property may receive.

I can confirm the Council holds the information you have requested and can
confirm it is already publicly available to you by other means and I am
therefore refusing your request under section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act.

Please note:

The data set is published bi-monthly, we are unable to extract date of
vacancy from our system. Retail relief is included in Column U titled
NetLocalDiscountAmount. We remove sole trader information as it is
personal data exempt under section 40 (2) of the Act.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request, you have the
right to ask us to review our handling of your request. Any request for an
Internal Review must be made in writing within 40 days of this response.
