Dear Mr Tom Snowdon
The answers to your questions are contained in the attached spreadsheet.
Personal names have been omitted for data protection purposes. We also no
longer supply contact addresses as these may contain personal names which
we are unable to identify. We also do not supply account numbers only the
property reference numbers linked to the valuation office. Finally it is
not possible to reliably extract the 2010 rateable value from our records
so this field is not available.
Please note that we are now publishing our full data set from which this
information can be obtained on the Swindon Borough Council website. A link
to this can be found from the business rates page at
https://www.swindon.gov.uk/info/20041/bu.... We intend to
update this data on a monthly basis.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a review you should contact:
The complaints/review procedure involves a full review by the Information
If you are not content with the outcome of our conclusion, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner's Office for a decision before
contacting the Council. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless
you have exhausted the Council's own complaints procedure.
The Information Officer can be contacted at :
