as we do not hold this information in the Freedom of Information report,
nor the correspondence address and the account reference number and
current account holder/ratepayer name where we believe the business rate
account is in respect of an individual and the Council considers that the
information is exempt under Section 40(2). This would be applicable as any
disclosure would in breach of principle 1 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988; you are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purposes of news reporting.  Any other re-use would require the
permission of the copyright holder. For information where the copyright is
