occupiers with rateable
values between £2,000 and £12,000 that
are NOT in receipt of small business rate relief, or retail relief.
Please also list their property
description, actual liability (i.e. rates payable), what
date they are liable from and indicate if the account is live or
not.

With regard to your Freedom of Information request received on 12 November
2015, please find our response attached and below.
In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, the
Council is required to inform you that some of the information on the
attached document has not been provided and has been withheld due to the
following exemption under the Act.
Section 40 - Personal Information
It is considered that this exemption under Section 40(2) (b) of the Act
applies, namely that the accounts of non Public Limited companies and
Limited companies is personal information and disclosure would breach the
rights of the individuals under the Data Protection Act. The Council
cannot disclose personal information where to do so would breach any of
the data protection principles. In this case it has not proved practical
to ask the data subjects for their consent to disclose the information
about them.
