Dear Ms Stone,

Please find attached a spreadsheet containing most of what you requested.

Unfortunately it is Slough Borough Council's policy not to supply information regarding properties that are currently empty. I have therefore removed these from the spreadsheet.

Also, I have been unable to supply you with the date the ratepayer became liable for rates and also listed property exemptions. There is simply not the expertise within the office to extract this information from the data base. The computer programme written for you is the best that can be hoped for. If you still require all of the information you requested then I would have to contact our service provider and ask them to write a specialist computer programme. This obviously will come at a price for which you would be charged.

Regards

Andrea Jagger
