The information is exempt from disclosure under Section 43 of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000, in that it concerns a specific company and is of
a commercially sensitive nature.


Subject to a public interest test. The disclosure of information may cause
unwarranted reputational damage to the specific company and disclosure may
cause a loss of customer confidence.
The company may not wish for their payment arrangements to be known, they
may have issues surrounding payment and arrears or a dispute, such matters
would influence their creditworthiness and would be issues the company may
wish to remain between the Authority and themselves


Please note that where information is subject to copyright belonging to
the Council, you will need to obtain the permission of the Council to
re-use it for purposes other than private study or non-commercial
research. The Council may charge for re-use. Where third party copyright
material is disclosed, you must obtain permission to re-use from the
copyright holders concerned.




If you are unhappy with the way the Council has handled your request, you
may ask for an internal review. Please contact me if you require an
