Please provide a full list of all residential properties that have been purchased by HS2 Ltd in respect of all Phases of the HS2 scheme between the dates of January 1 2019 and the present day, or the most up to date information you have.

Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of High Speed Two (HS2) Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Business Properties'.

The reason you have given for not providing the additional information I have requested is the fact that disclosing actual address details would leave properties open to criminal activity and damage. You also state that this would make such properties a target of crime. You also state that properties would be subject to the following:
- buildings to be targeted by spotters
- buildings to be targeted by criminals or terrorists intent on hiding or depositing proceeds of crime or terrorist activities
- premises to be identified as short- term hiding places for criminals and terrorists
- premises to be targeted by vandals or street artists

If you believe that releasing the address details of properties purchased by HS2 Ltd would result in some or all of the above criminal acts, please can you explain why you have already published a full list of residential property purchases, which include the full postal address, in January 2019 under FOI19 3069?
