Please would you send an excel spreadsheet for all OCCUPIED business premises with rateable values up to £49,999 and including the following columns:

Column 1: Property Reference
Column 2: Property Address (excl. Post Code)
Column 3: Post Code
Column 4: Ratepayer (where Ratepayer is sole trader or partnership, will accept this column detail to be redacted, if necessary)
Column 5: Property Description (eg. Shop & Premises, Office & Premises)
Column 5: Current Rateable Value
