the 20 working day statutory deadline date confirming: As this was a
former Sandwell Homes post we do not hold the requested information. You
requested a review of this response stating: Really?? You currently have a
person employed by Sandwell Council in the role of "Business Manager -
Voids maintenance & Building supplies" based at Roway Lane, Oldbury B69

Salary Band grade For the role "Business Manager - Voids maintenance &
Building supplies" Would like the email address of the person currently
employed in this role @ Roway Lane????? My review will cover the councils
response to your original request, as the final point of your email was
not part of your original request, this has been logged as a new request
for information and allocated to the relevant service area for a response
to be compiled and completed. Having liaised with the relevant service
area regarding the points raised in your review, the service area have
confirmed that the job title in question is in fact called Business
Manager – Repairs & Maintenance, the job description and personnel
specification for which is attached to this review. I can also confirm
that the grade for this role is a band J, which covers £49,564 - £52,669.
