James A Garfield

Dear City of York Council,

Would you be able to provide answers to the following questions?

1. How many parking permits are issued each year?
2. Are the permits, standard print or are they a scratchcard type permit and what paper/media are they printed on?
3. Are the permits to be located in the vehicle or the property?
4. How much does the Council spend on producing the permits?
5. How do residents pay for the permits?
6. Who is responsible for the cost of producing and managing the permits within the council?
7. If there was an alternative process for managing the permits that could save the council money, would the council consider such a process?

Yours faithfully,

James A Garfield
