Dear Transport for London,

Please provide me with a list of bus routes that TfL has listed as 'poor performing' owing to customer complaints and un-reliablity... Please also provide a list of bus routes that TfL have listed as good performing.

Please provide any documents which have been TfL has been using regarding Route 4. This can be anything, any aspect of Route 4. For example emails, posters, plans, timetables ect...

Please list the operators which bid for Route x26 in its latest trance. There were four.

These requests should be dealt with under the FOI act 2000

In terms of customer complaints, please see the table below which lists
the ten most complained about bus routes in London for the latest
available reporting period (2011/12).

 

Please note in some cases, complaints about the performance of a bus route
will be connected to temporary situations, such as for instance roadworks
and the overall number and rate of complaints has actually fallen. In
2009/10, there were 2.62 complaints per 100,000 journeys, which fell to
2.39 for 2010/11, and 2.2 for 2011/2012.

specific subject concerning the Route 4 in which you are particularly

The four companies that bid for Route 26 were Abellio, London United,
Metrobus and Quality Line.
