Karl Reed made this Freedom of Information request to Transport for London

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

I am wondering if I could have a copy of 3 books/manuals, these are: The big red book, the wayfarer ticket machine manual (the ticket machine fitted to each bus) and the manual for the iBus terminal.

Or more simply I want to know how to operate both the wayfarer ticket machine and the iBus terminal.

The manuals/books can either be electronic or hard copies.

Yours faithfully,

Karl Reed
