Bus vehicle specifications, branding guidance and livery design for franchised bus services

Natalie Bunce made this Freedom of Information request to Transport for Greater Manchester Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for Greater Manchester,

I have a freedom of information request.

Transport for London has published bus vehicle specifications and design standards for London Buses (including branding, bus livery, shelter, bus stop etc.).

https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparenc...
https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/suppliers-an...

Would you be able to publish a document of your bus vehicle specifications, including your new electric buses that you have purchased, and a document of your branding guidance and livery design for your franchised bus services?

Are there plans to purchase more zero-emission buses, including the use of dual-doors, which London Buses specifies to reduce dwell times at bus stops?

Yours faithfully,

Natalie Bunce
