Bus timings display at Bus stops in Birmingham

The request was partially successful.

Dear West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive,

I'm looking for data related the following:
1. How many bus stops in Birmingham have electronic display boards?
2. How often are the bus timings updated?
3. How is data collected for them? For instance are any surveys etc carried out?
4. In cases where the display boards develop faults/ stop working, who carries out the maintenance and how long does it take to get them working again?
5. How many of these electronic displays are working at the moment and how many are out of order?
6. Have any complaints been received about this issue from commuters? How are complaints dealt with?

It would be great if you could direct these queries to your colleagues who deal with these aspects. I'm hoping you will be able to send me excel sheets that would have these details as I'm looking for some comprehensive data on this issue.

Yours faithfully,
Pupul Chatterjee
