Bus subsidy agreements
Dear Cornwall Council,
I am interested in what level of 'control' (term used loosely) that the council receives in return for this subsidy provided to bus companies and any conditions attached to its provision.
Following from my successful FOIA request about how much subsidy bus companies received (full correspondence here: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/bu...) could you please provide copies of written agreements between First Devon and Cornwall and Western Grey Hound.
Yours faithfully,
Steven Maguire

Dear Freedom Of Information Mail,
Thank you for your reply.
Stemming from your reply I wish to know how many penalty points, to who, and for what reason have been issued by the Council.
I refer to points 28.3 - 28.6 on the service agreement (found here http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/46...).
Yours sincerely,
Steven Maguire
