Bus Lane Violations

How many prosecutions were made in the years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 for all the bus lanes within Brighton.
Please also separate the figures for;
1.London Road/York Road/Gloucester Place (Location is at N50:49:38 W0:08:08)
2.Oxford Street (Location is at N50:49:51 W0:08:06)
3.Dyke Road (Location is at N50:49:27 W0:08:40)
4. North Street (Location is at N50:49:19 W0:08:20)
Please note that private details of people fined or pictures of vehicles are not required.

I am writing in respect of your recent application for the release of
information held by the Authority:
How many prosecutions were made in the years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008
for all the bus lanes within Brighton.

We do not prosecute people for being in a bus lane as it has been
decriminalised and a Penalty Charge Notice is issued instead. We also do
not collate information for the number of Penalty Charge Notices issue by
camera location.
Bus lane enforcement started in 2007 and in that year 1,498 PCNs were
issued. So far in 2008 we have issued nearly 3,000 PCNs
