Dear Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust,

Could you provide me with this information please
All questions relate to the 7/5/2006 which was a sunday
Dr zitars (spelling of name may be sightly wrong, was on duty what was his qualification then,
what other staff were working in A&E on this day
Who has copys of xrays taken
How many children had a ct scan
How many children had a mri scan
How many children had xrays
who was the hightest qualified radiologists,
Did A&E have a paediatric xray machine.
What procedures was in place regarding the reporting a suspected NAI
Who is responsible for reporting NAI to LA
How is brittle bones tested for
Can swelling be seen in a xray
What is it that defines the swelling as tissue damage and not just normal baby fat.
How many times has radiologists doctor brennan wilson been used in a child protection issue
Was the hospital aware he was registered but not licensed to practice in the uk
And was the hospital aware that this unlicensed doctor made reports that conflicting to the orthopaedic surgeon reports
If a orthopaedic surgeon states accidental injury and if he tick 3 hospital admissions in 12 months as reason for further investigation, if these other two admissions were for example an eye infection would the investigation proceed.
What are the proper procedures for investigation of suspected child abuse remembering i only refer to one date
What was the average waiting time in A&E
How many people was seen in A&E in total children and adults
How many was intoxicated that were seen

If you had read my request it stated that all questions are related to 07/05/06
And this child attended a&e at Burnley general hospital

Hi Sarah
We have never had A&E services, we are a Mental Health & Community Services Trust. A& E services are provided by Acute services providers, and Burnley General Hospital is (and was in 2006) part of the East Lancs Teaching Hospital Trust.
