The number of formal grievances lodged by DWP staff (permanent/secondees/fixed term contract/full & part time) in 2018 and 2019 (to date) in which the reason cited is bullying, harassment and/or discrimination.

How many of those grievances were upheld initially or at a later point (e.g. on appeal).

Please provide me with this within the 20 working days timeframe.
