Bullying and harassment claims and all non disclosures

I note that you previously submitted this request at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Trust replied to explain the following:

'Dear Pauline Thomas,

The Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust is extremely busy at this time dealing with the national pandemic emergency. As a consequence many of our administrative and corporate staff have been redeployed on to front line services.

Consequently, the Trust would appreciate your support in these challenging times and respectfully ask that Freedom of Information requests are withdrawn until such a time that services have returned to normal. Therefore, the Trust will consider your request for information to be withdrawn. Please resubmit your request in due course.

However, if you consider your request to be vital and of paramount importance, please reply to this email confirming that you still want your request to be processed. We cannot, however, guarantee that we will be able to respond with the usual time frames.

Your understanding and support is very much appreciated'.

Please note that this will now be treated as a new request for information and the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust will endeavour to provide a response as soon as possible
